Groceries, including meat that isn't seafood, only comes in on Wednesday, and this leads to a few phenomenon on the island. The Friday night is legendary and a must while on Saba. Travelers should know about this ahead of time, but the lack of a tragedy should put them at ease about the trip which occurs 5 times a day. Famous Saba lobster, catch of the day, spit roasted chicken, curried goat, Caribbean breakfast, Johnny cakes and other dishes are some of the daily-changing specials. It was filling and very good. The atmosphere is fun, the chairs comfortable, and the conversation lively. We have two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a single bed. Fully completed in the steep, winding curves of The Road are an adventure in themselves with taxi tours readily available. Verdier A nice little spot and sports bar, great for cocktails, lunch and snacks. Partake in family style dining on Saturdays and be sure to taste some signature cocktails or two.

If you are not diving then I'm not sure what would keep you occupied for a week but I would recommend visiting it if you can and definitely coming here to eat and have a beer or two!!
